Mentorship matching, cohort applications, and paid services are provided subject to availability and additional eligibility requirements. Fees, if any, are described at the point of purchase. All purchases are final unless otherwise stated or required by law.

The Services and their contents, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by TransferX or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our materials without permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California.
