About the role
The Growth + AI GTM Internship is a hands-on internship for university students to gain real-world experience in go-to-market, AI, marketing, growth, and business strategy while working on live startup initiatives at TransferX.
You'll work on real campaigns, research, and growth projects that reach actual students, not classroom simulations. It's a chance to apply AI to real business problems and see the results of your work in the wild.

- You're a university student interested in GTM, marketing, AI, growth, entrepreneurship, startups, or business strategy
- You want hands-on experience beyond the classroom
- You're proactive and comfortable taking ownership of projects
- You're curious about how startups find, reach, and grow their users
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment
Bonus points
- Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT or other generative AI platforms
- Social media, content creation, or campus organization experience
- Experience with clubs, startups, freelance projects, or student government
- Interest in education, student communities, or the transfer journey
Internship track
GTM + AI: a single cross-functional track combining go-to-market, marketing, growth, AI, partnerships, and business strategy. You won't be boxed into one narrow task. You'll get exposure across all of these areas and build a versatile, real-world skill set.
